Case should not matter, but you can rename it by right-clicking on it and doing a rename. The more I think about it, them more I believe the Cyrus-IMAP implementation is the problem.

looks like were out of luck on this... unless I can find a way for cyrus to treat IMAP mail the way gentryma1 describes...
