Unhappy Unable phone out or receive..please help newbie

Please Login to Remove!

I've done something whereby everything works, e-mail, SMS etc, but unable to receive phone calls or send any.
Keyboard is not locked, SMS goes ok e-mail goes and comes ok.
I'm trying to find Phone Options in case I accidentally blocked calls in/out, but where are they? Don't seem to be under Settings. Can anyone help?
Cheers, Ian/fatanky

If you go into the phone application, bring up the menu and selection Options. You'll see a whole load of options there e.g. Call Barring, Call Forwarding etc.

The alternative problem may be that you've been switched to a data-only plan e.g. your service provider has turned off your phone functions (check with them directly).

Um, have you deleted the phone application from your BB? If you look in Options, Applications you should have an application called 'Phone'. If not I think you've deleted it (or it's gone missing!). You can restore it from the desktop manager.

Thanks again Jax, you're right. I got onto BlackBerry UK Assistance (+44-845-4400040)
and they said same..go Settings>Security>Wipe Handheld..AFTER BACKING UP!..then re-install from Desktop Manager..it works! Lordy, I'm back!
