Is there a way to get slingbox to work? I installed it 3 times, but when I open it it says Slingbox not installed properly, please install again. Using 100.11

If you have an old version of Slingbox for BB from an earlier phone, you can port it over to the Torch through BSAK or BBMCP. But if you try and open it in portrait mode, it will hang and not work. If you open the program in landscape mode, it works and then you can even use the program in portrait mode. Don't know why you would, though.

Thanks. Got the answer from a Crackberry thread. The key part was that you must open Slingbox in the landscape mode.

Exactly. And you also have to use the trackpad for logging in, etc. It's working great on my 9800.

Yeah.. I did it as well. In landscape, it's all good. Even with my original Slingbox.
