Default Task dates one day off

Please Login to Remove!

I've got a user with an interesting problem. If he adds a new task from his BB everything is fine. It shows up in outlook with no problems. If he adds one in outlook however, it will show up on his handheld but the due date is one day earlier than it is in outlook. The really interesting part is that if he has a reminder on that task, it shows up and goes off at the correct time/date even if the due date was changed to one day earlier.

I've done about everything I know to do for troubleshooting -
  1. I started with a battery pull of course...
  2. I deleted him from the BES and then re-activated
  3. He started out with a T-Mobile 8100 at OS 4.2, I upgraded him to 4.5
  4. He actually moved during the past few weeks and at his new house he doesn't have T-Mobile service, so we got him an AT&T 8110 with a completely new number (no porting) and he STILL has the issue

None of the rest of the 120+ users on our single BES are having any issues. I called TSupport and after explaining the problem the lady put me on hold and then came back about 15 minutes later and said it was a known issue and that they are working on it but have no estimated time that they will fix it. She gave me a KB article and an SDR number to reference. I might be looking in the wrong place but I couldn't find either of the articles on Blackberry's website. The KB article she referenced was KB15830 and the SDR was SDR187041.

Any ideas of things I could try or areas I could look for more information would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. - We're running a single BES at 4.1.6.10 on an exchange 2003 sp2 environment

No, his laptop, blackberry, our BES, Exchange, and both DCs are all Central Time zone. And as I mentioned the strangest thing is that if he puts it in on the phone it synchronizes correctly to exchange. it's just the other way around. And even then it's only the due date - the reminder stays as it should be! Crazy...
