Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi Kyububba,

I'm having some real big problems sending and receiving data, esp PINs and staying connected to JT since I installed v1.0.2. I followed the link above and managed to revert back to 1.0.0. But since installing v.02, PINs are hanging and not being delivered, or the confirmations aren't being received (recipients are receiving, but I'm not getting a D or an R back), and their responses to me aren't being received by me.

V1.0.0 was so good I never disconnected from it, so I didnxxx8217;t even know there was a 1.0.1. When I finally did have to hard reset my phone, the reminder screen came up with I restarted JT. So effectively, I went from 1.0.0 to 1.0.2 directly. I don't know if this is what's causing my issues. Now that I've reverted back, the data problems persist. It's the only think that changed, and the problems appeared with in minutes of installing the new version. Is there anything residual I could get rid of, or a way to flush the phone completely? Short of doing a brand new install of the OS and supporting apps, without re-installing JT, to see if that fixes things. That means all new settings etc, so I want to avoid that as anything but a last resort.

Thanks in advance,

SR

I saw someone talking about 1.0.3 beta. Is it around?

Best,
Jaime

On my new 8820, JIVE talk crashed many times today... I am going back to the old version to see if it makes a difference.

I would recommend contacting their support to see if they can help you, if you haven't done that already.

they were able to help me upload it on my 8820, but now when I try to sign on to AIM it says connection is timed out 120000. I sign up on my desktop to make sure everything is ok on AIM and it works fine. Anyone have a clue to give me?

Haven't been able to access JT for the last couple hours. Pulled battery, soft reboot, and I still get an exception "Local connection timed out after ~120000"

email has been sent to the support team. No issues before today.
