Hi all,

so here is my exotic problem:

I did my BES migration from 1 server to another using transporter OLD server was 4.1.6 and new one is 5.0.1

all my users have been migrated without any particular problem except maybe Memo acces problem in event viewer ( i will try to figure that latter.. this topic is not about that)

I have a user in CZ which was using a Nokia E61 with the Blackberry Software on it and when i did the migration using transporter .... it failed (what a surprise !!!!) but i still had it in the OLD BES ... but not on the new one ... so i thought the transporter was really intelligent ... but this morning when i DELETED the user from the old BES and when i try to Add this user to the new BES server using the "Add user from company directory" i received this error : The specified user already exists in the available user list.

after a Search on google i arrived in this forum on this topic :

i did the SQL trick at the END and can't find it .... i'm completely stuck with this problem .... !!!

OK looks like i'm tooo stupid for BES server ....

when i tried to create the user i did create a user then i click on Add user from company directory ............ and the i had the error ...

but when using create a user then i just put information in Messaging server display name + email address fields... looks like it's working .. now i have the user in my manage users view .....

just waiting the user to tell me if his EXOTIC conf succeed in activating his account.
