Dear all,
I use the windows2003 standard system and blackberry Manager-security Administrator Authority,In the everyday use,blackberry Mobile E-mail is normal, but the system of the event log shows log is not normal.
Check system event viewer found many problemsxxx65306;Every ten seconds will tip interrupt and heavy,please look at the picture(1xxx12289;2xxx12289;3xxx12289;4),
But, in addition to the normal ping server srp.sn.blackberry.net service is normal, so strange,please look at the picture(5xxx12289;6)
Don't know what is the problem that network ping normal

I had this exact same issue. It could be something on RIM's end although if I remember correctly, for us it was an issue on our network side. Very small but it was enough to cause the SRP disconnect/Reconnects.

when this happens to us, it is usually a problem with the firewall dropping the connection.
