I have a BB Storm 2 on Verizon. It has been working great, and last night I installed the new OS upgrade. Everything seems to be working fine except for one thing. When I get emails from Flickr.com, I can't open them on my BB. I can select the message by touching the screen, but when I click it screen goes white and I have to back out to the main screen. Once I back out to the mail email screen, I am unable to select any other messages by touch. These emails open just fine on my PC, and all other types of email open with no problem on my BB.
I ran across a similar question (BlackBerry Bold 9700 - When I Open A Flickr Generated E-Mail, My Screen Turns White - Vodafone eForum.) from someone in the UK that has a BB Bold on Vodaphone, but the issue is unresolved.

Does anyone have any thoughts, tips or solutions to this problem?

My best guess is that your new OS can not properly display the html code that Flickr uses in their emails. I'd try seeing if there is a plug in for your email to allow this, either that or turn html email off, wait until you receive a new email from flickr, and see if you can at least read the email then.

Apparently Flickr has been doing something on their end and its screwing up the emails for us BB users. There's an active thread on their help site. Only thing it says as far as a solution is....they're working on it. What I do is, when I get an email from Flickr I just head over to the website. Nothing you can do on our end.

i just disabled html messages.. I can read all of my messages in text format..
