Hey,

So I have a problem with my 8320 the thing just wont turn on, it was running low on battery a few days ago, and then just died..as they do.. but i've plugged it into charge, no response, plugged it into my computer, no response again tried using other peoples chargers and still nothing Anybody knows what could have happened ?

Try leaving it plugged in for a few hours then remove the battery and put it back in.

If that doesn't work, I would look at trying another battery.

Ditto. My bet would be the battery has shorted, but do as advised above first. Then, if it won't boot, buy a new, genuine BlackBerry battery.

tried your advice and it hasnt worked, a new battery hasnt either.
Is the phone dead then?

Had the BlackBerry been dropped? Did you get it wet?

Do you know that the new battery is charged? You may need to leave the new battery to charge in the device using a wall charger, the remove the battery and then reinstall the battery.

You should also remove the media card and SIM card and see if it wil boot without them.

No i haven't dropped it and the only time it has never been majorly wet just the odd raindrop or two.

Like i said, it was working perfectly the battery run out and it refuses to turn on now, the new battery isnt working, its been on charge for 8hours and still nothing.

just going to get a new phone, won't ever buy from Blackberry again though.
