Hi I bought the phones secondhand and both of them is working fine on Cell C network. But if I insert an MTN simcard in either one I can't make or receive calls or text messages. All my other functions is working and I am able to connect to the internet,facebook,bbm,emails

When I go to manage connections my status show 2 mobile voice lines 1 active and the other not. With Cell C I only have 1 line. Why is that? I tried hard resets,my network reset my nr to no avail. Can anyone please help me with this?
