I use an 8700 now and sync pretty much w/o issue to my mac mini using PM. I am considering picking up an 8100 for night time use (and yes, I know it's a PITA to swap the SIM back and forth). I'm wondering if I would encounter any issues trying to sync 2 BB's to my mac using PM. Ideally, the mac (and PM) wouldn't even realize it was two separate devices. It would just take the latest info and sync.

Maybe somebody can comfirm or correct what I am writing. I believe that PM does know which device is hooked up to it. When the dialog box comes up, it reads the ID number, then is logs the sync. I think two BB on PM will confuse it. The work around for that is to clear the log before each sync. PM has a script for this. This way when you sync to a clean log, PM will think that this is the first time syncing to the BB.
