I do not have BB Services

but Im using wireless , i tried to sign in in msn live but it still signing in and nothing happens

some people told me that I must have the bb services

I don't have it , and I just have a wireless connected

windows live messenger is a RIM developed application.
Any RIM developed application must have BB data plan to use.

You could try mobile.live.com. There's an online messenger. Not very good, but it might work since it's web based.

I am not so sure abou this. I definitely logged in msn via wifi while i was on holiday. Data plan was turned off.

yes but you have the data plan, therefore the service books for it.

if you have no data plan at all, you dont have the service books and so cannot operate on wi-fi.

There is always the option of BeeJive, then add your MSN Account. I run it over wifi every day, almost all day.
