pls help me out,whenever i tried to open the canera of my curve 9360,it will not open but display a message that i should close other applications and reopen it again,but still the same problem,have done soft and hard reset, still no change,pls help me out

You need to uninstall some applications and ensure that you are using a memory card to store your media.
