Groupwise recurring appointment not getting to device

hey all-
I have a user that is trying to use recurring appointments but they are not getting to the device. They are showing in her GroupWise calendar but not on her 7520. When she adds the appointments individually they show up as advertised.
We are running a a GroupWise BES running 4.1.3.18. I have not had any other users advise me that this is a problem, and I have not tried this on my own device.
Any info you guys have will be great.
