Symptoms you may experience: RIM Blackberry users may be unable to send/receive messages or may have difficulty connecting to the network.

Estimated time of repair is unknown and technicians are working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
OEM Watch Command will advise as necessary.

Can anyone confirm they are seeing the same issue?

Holy crapola. Its still down! I haven't been able to go online since the 11th. Im glad to see that it isnt just me. I currently use T-Mobile. I just upgaded my phone thinking that it would do the trick but to no avail I cant go online. My T-Zones seems to work, but I cant go onto google. If they dont fix it by tommorow Im asking for some type of refund.

I'm in Hawaii and cant access the internet, but email works fine. same outage?

Both blackberries on TMO same issues. guess its not my phone

Wow! $50 for an outage that lasted only an hour or two. Nice job!

There were a couple of nationwide outages today. The first one earlier in the day was pin to pin only. Then this evening another one that was all data. It seems to be coming back online, though.

It might be because I am on a business FAN account, but I cannot guarantee that was the case.

WTF at&t, Blackberry, who ever is to blame! These outages are happening way to often, and to be honest at&t's service sucks for the last month or two. 3G has become so ultra spotty, and random resets have become common. Seriously thinking about dropping them!

I haven't been able to get a lock on 3G with AT&T since last night on my Bold. AT&T is really beginning to piss me off.

I looked at my phone and it was in SOS and the battery had drained to 50%. Turned off the radio, and it stayed in EDGE, ran quickpull, was still in EDGE, finally did a battery pull, and 3G kicked in.
