ok so i have a sprint 8330, i got a 16g media card and updated my software. when i plug to the pc it recognizes the card, syncs everything fine (or so it says), but when i d/c the bb then go to my media player it is empty. there are no songs at all. yet when i plug it back in again on the computer it says sync complete and lists all the songs (on the pc, not on the bb)
for what its worth i have tried enabling/disabling the mass storage but nothing works.
I had similiar issues when I first starting putting songs on my SD card. I never quite figured it out because the problem resolved itself after 3 weeks, but I always ended up going to:
1. Options>Media Card
2. Press BB/menu key
3. Select Save
