Well the messaging agent is the one that is crashing, but when it crashes it has to do mostly with hung worker threads within the MAPI sub-system. This does not look like that. This is giving some kind of ACCESS_VIOLATION. It almost looks like it could be something with the BES software itself.

How many users do you have on the BES?
What is the version of the mapi32.dll and emsmdb32.dll file on the BES?
I would also maybe try to delete the MAPI profiles and re-create them. (back them up first before deleteing them.)

I have 51 users. Its an 800Mhz machine though utilization is at about 2%. It has 756MB of RAM, though 312 of it is available. I have a GBit card, but its utilization is next to nothing.

This used to happen only at midnight.

Then it happened at midnight, at reboot, and/or at excessive worker threads requesting the controller stop.

Now it happens in pairs, back to back, and usually in sets of 4.

I can't afford the time right now to rebuild. But that is my plan. In the next week, I am going to do a bare metal install.

I keep getting crashes about every 5 hours at best. Started out crashed after about 6 hours then down to 4 or 5
