Hi, I have a problem

I successfully installed BESX on exchange 2003

Now i try to activate my BB 9700. I used it former on BIS so i whiped it.

First I tried with the BB destop manager. all seemed to be okay but it dont synced emails, calendar, tasks....

second I tried to create a news user on the blackberry web administration service via OTA.

Mail malbox received the mails from blackberry net (network@etp4-15.etp.eu.blackberry.net) with the code but the activation dont went trough.

third with the web adminstration via usb and attached devices but there is no attached device...

can anyone help me?

If the device is only provisioned for BIS it needs to be activated over the wire, to activate it over the air you will need the carrier to provision it for enterprise services as well.

If you have tried it over the wire via DTM or web desktop manager it might be worth a wipe of the device and remove/re-add to the BES making sure to remove all user information.
