There's an issue where if desktop Sametime contact enters away mode from being idle, the contact will show up as offline on the BlackBerry. SDR113477 was created for this issue and is targeted be resolved in BES Domino version 4.1 Service Pack 5 (with the use of the Enterprise Messenger for Sametime version 2.0, which will be released together with this Service Pack).

So now I have to decide whether to roll out SP4 with this issue or wait for SP5. Thanks RIM!

SP4 fixed the other issues we were having with Sametime and SP3.
