I downloaded Handango to my new Storm. Then I supposedly downloaded Traffic Vizzion but I can't find it anywhere. In my Download folder the only thing in there is Handango InHand. Where did the Traffic Vizzion end up? It's not in my App folder either. Sorry for the noob questions, just trying to learn this phone. Thanks for any answers!

Yeah I think so. I selected my device and then downloaded it. But I can't find the download.

did you check in the download folder? When I put Splash Money on my storm, it went into the download folder not in the apps folder

Yeah it's not in the download folder either. In the download folder the only thing in there is Handango InHand and Pandora.

The only other thing I can think to do is to pull up your account on Handang.com on your pc and view your account. I haven't been there in awhile, but I think it keeps a history of what you have purchased/downloaded. You maybe able to download it again to your pc and then put it on your BB via the desktop manager.

or if you have a record of the purchase, you can contact them and tell them that it didn't download. In my experience, my downloads either go into the apps folder or the download folder

I looked at my account on Handango and it doesn't say anything about me downloading that app. It was a free app so I'll just try what you said about the desktop manager.
