hitting the space bar while on a task does not change the status of the task but deletes it. What an annoyance. Has anyone found a key that changes the status of the task?

Anybody get wireless contact sync to work on T-Mobile? The BIS site on the computer is showing it available, it tells me to sign into the email program. But when I click the icon, it keeps taking me to the old site (only shows the Sync Deleted Items). Any body know what I'm doing wrong?

I was able to get BB App World and FB by using the browser on the phone.

For:
BB App World - Download BlackBerry App World
Facebook - Welcome to Facebook | Facebook (scroll down to the bottom and click the dl link for curve)

BBM - I had it installed before I upgraded my OS to 5.0
AIM - Instant Messenger - AIM - Instant Message Your Online Buddies for Free - AIM (I went on my desktop and used the site to send a dl link to my phone)

I don't see major differences, but a few bugs have been fixed. Opera Mini now works as it should; it didn't under .314. I haven't had any spontaneous resets yet, although it's only been a day. But under .314 I was getting resets fairly frequently in the BB browser, when zoomed and scrolling, or when hitting the ESC key before a page finished loading. I haven't had resets yet under .348 when doing these things.

So far, it feels more stable, and therefore worth getting.

That should be a connection problem with facebook's network. Normally when an app doesn't work it either doesn't show when installed, crashes the phone, or gives you a prompt indicating something when wrong. Just keep giving it a try, that happnes with my facebook app too.

Try a battery pull.

Thanks for the feedback - I tried with two separate accounts and tried to paste the password just to be sure I was not entering the wrong password.

Just for the record I'm using the WIFI connection because I'm on a different country and Vodafone charges are very high.

Were you able to use facebook app without a Blackberry Data plan before?

I do have a BIS plan - just using the WIFI connection instead of the GPRS one as I'm travelling abroad.

However I turned on the data service on GPRS connection and it sti doesnt work. Also did try a battery pull a few times now.

Try wiping the app out and reinstalling it. It may have got bugged.

It finally works - I tried so may wipes of the whole device and other things that I actually dont know what made it works.

I had a few issues with 314 that seem to have been resolved, phone locking on password screen, odd reboots after a phone call or as I'm getting one.

Also as a bonus everything seems FAST in this release, Viigo displays almost instantaneously and web browsing seems much quicker.

Gets a thumbs up for me and should tide me over till monday when I get my shiny new 9700.
