I'd love to have my phone and gmail account sync wirelessly but when I tried using Google Sync several months ago and found that it duplicated all of the entries in my calendar and many of the contacts as well. At that time, many people on the forum reported the same problem. I had to go through and manually delete all of the duplications.

Is anyone having that problem now? Has the program been updated?

I haven't had any problems with duplicated calendar entries since some very early versions. What I don't like, however, is the contact sync. It seems every time I enable it, I'll lose PIN information for contacts, or things like city/state/zip get stuck on address line #2 instead of their individual fields on the BlackBerry. Too variable for me.

Hi all, I'm a total newbie to the forum and the whole calendar sync concept with the phone (BB 9000) so please excuse me for some probably dumb questions. I have carried out the Google sync, managed to set up the Google calendar on the pc and enter events in the calendar on the pc. But, how do you change the google calendar format on the phone? it currently displays a single event only, instead of a full day, week or month. Also how do you make calendar entries on the phone?? Any help or suggestions where to look would be much appreciated.
