I will be going to the UK next week, and since I got stuck with HUGE roaming charges last time I was there, I decided it would be cheaper to get Orange UK sim card since they offer Prepaid BB for 5 pounds a month.

Here is my question:When I get to the UK, will I be able to just swap my T-mobile Macedonia sim card with the Orange UK sim card and set up my e-mail accounts? Will my device unregister automatically from T-mobile Macedonia BIS site once I take out the sim card?
If that is not the case, what would be the easiest way to switch? I do not have a spare BB nor access to a PC while I am in the UK, so I need a way to do this.

Nope.
No it won't.
You would have to ring t-mobile, get your BIs account deleted by them.
SEtup in the UK.
Then when leaving, have Orange delete the BIs account here.
Then re-setup with T-mobile.

Thanks for the answers. However, I don't know if T-mobile will be able to delete the BIS and than re-add it again. I might try borrowing a 8700 from a friend, put the t-mobile sim card in the 8700 so it registers with it on t mobile macedonia and than use the Orange sim on my 8900.

Make sure your BlackBerry is unlocked. You should be able to get T-Mobile to remove your device from their BIS service (but not cancel the service - just disassociate it from your device) so the Orange SIM will let you set up your stuff.
