the HP ipaq was an attempt, an unsuccessful attempt if memory serves me corectly. but regardless, in the past 12 months rogers has released numerous handsets with wifi intact. so i cant see why they'd start with the blackberry, especially when any1 purchasing a device of this caliber would likely be an enterprise user who needs a data plan to access their email via BES/BIS.
blackberry's with wifi arent threateneing to data revenues as youd need a data plan to access the device's email function! lol
