Rather than ranting on my own thread, just thought I'd vent here...after countless tries to setup my wifi and make it work seamlessly - never tried before....i realized - finally...that the 8310 doesn't have WIFI - I'm a moron! D'oh....ah....feel better now.

How many tries, and what was your first clue it had no WiFi?

lmao....honestly maybe 4 times of starting to try and find the menu settings. Each time I'd use the search function and find more talk about how it seamlessly grabbed the UMA, would display wifi on the home page, etc.... But each time i grew quickly disinterested when I didnt see the menu setting.

I've had the device for about 6 months or more.....so when in doubt - RTFM....and voila

LMAO - had to fess up...i nearly laughed outloud at myself....d'oh.
