Nice post and very well said... It's not me they attack as i have no abilities to edit their post, close their thread, or move it to another area.... it upsets me that the great men and women of this forum get bashed, put down and called names in public all because they spend their own time here trying to make the BBF better... They don't get a red cent for it and I am sure they all could be taking care of other things.... Yet they choose to come here and help all for some punk with a garbage mouth to post degrading remarks....

To be honest, this is the first Forum that I have spent any decent time at. The reason isn't just the topic (a few BlackBerry based forums now to choose from), but just as much the people here.
If the Mods didn't control this forum so well, it would be like all the other forums out there, pointless ranting posts and people that seem to only be there to burn people for enjoyment.
I too can be quite colourful with my vocabulary, but it doesn't mean I feel a need to carry on that way on a forum. Common sence IMHO...or should that be uncommon sence these days?!?

When I have people complain about censorship at my forum I tell them this... the forum is not a democracy. It's a dictatorship. What the admins say goes, and if you don't like it, too bad. Forum membership is not a right, it's a privilege.
That said, we delete/edit/remove posts only when someone breaks the forum rules, which are quite reasonable and based on common sense, as are this forum's rules.
