Default HELP EX MDA VARIO 11 OWNER Which blackberry should I use?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

Any help here would be very much appreciated.

I currently own a MDA vario 11. At first I thought this was an excellant pda phone that had considerable functionality which would be extremely usefull tool for my business. Unfortunetely though it has caused me nothing but grief since I first started using it. IT HANGS - CRASHES and numerous other anoying things. I have as a result missed several calls and potential business through the device hanging just a an incoming call comes in.

Even though the use of windows mobile word, excel and acrobat programs are usefull, I just think that there are to many functions for to little processing power and memory. So after nearly throwing my mda vario out the car window on several occasions I have now decided to look for a more reliable device.

The most important functionality to me is voice calls, email and the ability to be able to sync with outlook for all my contacts. The other added benefit if possible would be able to load Tom Tom sat nav onto the same device.

With all this mind can anyone recommend the right blackberry or other device that may be more suitable and certainly CRASH FREE!!

Any advice and recommendation would be very much appreciated.

Kind regards, John

Sounds like the Blackberry 8800 is the device for you.

I don't personally own one (because it is not offered by my wireless carrier), but it has all the features you desire, and I firmly believe in the reliability of BB's. I've had two, and have never had any big problems with them.

I have the 8800. I recommend.

You might also want to look at the 8700 for less $$s, few less features.
