Name: Event ID 20154 - A User is Not Starting on the BES
Description: User Unknown not started
This indicates that the BES cannot load a users mailbox. This happens when a mailbox has been moved (it'll fix itself) or if the BES has no permission on the mailbox (this should never happen unless a user was moved into a newly created mail store). Sometimes, the mailbox itself is messed up, and will require a call to RIM for help (like "a Name"). This Alert should go to "Dept. Name".

there are also these errors coming for many named users as well and most coming for unknown users. but they are a lot in number.

Try running the handheldcleanup.exe if the mailbox may of been moved.

Your static mailbox agent failed to start
Can you post a logs for the time event viewer error occur
look in logs folder for specific log
bes server name_date_MAGT_361_00001 or look for any log with above name but the highest last number.
every time messaging agent restart create a new MAGT log
