Yes, but not well. I just posted my experience in another thread in this forum about buying an extended life battery from SEIDO because I thought that it was the battery. I am now convinced that the Razr charger while it does charge just doesn't have the 'brass' to charge a BB.

Yes, I have both. The V3 belongs to my wife and I have BB. To save on space on our nightstands with chargers, I use the V3 charger on both, it takes longer for the BB to charge but it does work

That is my exact scenario.

Ok, How about I put away the Razr charger and use the BB charger for the Razr? Will it damage the Razr ?

BlackBerry charger will not charge a RAZR, period. Apparently, it is missing some additional wiring beyond simply supplying +5 VDC (standard USB charging) that is required by Motorola phones:
