Default problem viewing a webpage on my blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I am having a problem viewing a webpage that I need to for work. I just recently got my my 7520 and tried to access the web page that we use for work. When I originally tried to load it the error message stated that I needed IE 6.0 or higher to view it. I contacted Nextel and they said I needed some downloads which i downloaded. After doing that still nothing. I contacted Nextel again and we changed the emulation to IE from the previous setting which was blackberry. After doing that I was able to pull up the webpage but it is coming up in all script and not a viewable webpage. I was told it might be coming up in XML format???...How can I get my blackberry to translate the webpage into a viewable page? It isnt a problem with the webpage because if I load it on my home computer its no problem. Any suggestions???? I need to access this page badly for work. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! I am not the most technical savy perosn when it comes to the blackberry so please respond in simple laymans terms lol...thank you

You probably can't view it on your blackberry. The blackberry doesn't have a full-featured web browser like your home computer does.
You should check with whomever designed the web page and see what the browser requirements are.

There might not be anything you can do.

So other blackberry devices are able to view these pages?

What types of devices are they? Are the browser and connection settings the same as yours?

I messed with it also if you change the browser to I.E. and view to desktop it gives you an eror message in case this helps.

There is probaby an error in the html code on the webpage, or an error is the stylesheet (css). This is what I see in the source code of the page:

Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN" >
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="EXPIRES" CONTENT=0>
<link rel='stylesheet' href="itab/commonstyle.cs" type="text/css" />
<script>
  function nextPage()
  {
    document.cookie = "LastAction=; expires=Fri, 31 Dec 1999 23:59:59 GMT;";
    var curUrl = location.href;
	if(curUrl.indexOf("?",0) != -1)
	{
		var hostname= curUrl.substr(0,curUrl.indexOf("?",0)+1);
		loginForm.action = hostname;
	}
	else
		loginForm.action = curUrl;
     loginForm.submit();
  }
</script>
</HEAD>
<body>
<div class=header>
<table cellspacing=5>
<thead><td style="padding-left:15"><img src="itab/csg_logo.gif"></img></td><td style="color:lightcyan; font-weight:bolder"> Welcome to TechNet<br> Please login.</td></thead>
</table>
<span class=bodyBox>
<form name="loginForm" Method="POST">
<INPUT Type="hidden" Name="Id" value="27">
<INPUT Type="hidden" Name="FcIdsOnly" value="0">
<table align="center" style="position:relative; top:+10px;">
<tr><td colspan=2> <br> </td></tr>
<tr><td >Technician Number</td><td><INPUT type="text" size="4" maxlength="32" name="techVal"></td></tr>
<tr><td >Technician Password</td><td><INPUT type="password" size="4" maxlength="32" name="pinVal"></td></tr>
<tr><td colspan=2 align=center valign=bottom><BR><input type=submit class=inner onClick="nextPage()" value="Login"></td></tr>
</table>
</form>
</span>
</div>
</body>
</HTML>

Maybe you could ask your employer to check with whoever maintains the website. Since others in this forum can't access the page either, that makes me think it's something with the way the page is coded. Do other people at the company have trouble with viewing the page on a BlackBerry?
