hi, i have just bought the 8320 and know nothing about blackberrys. Problem number one is i cant recieve anything via bluetooth. i have paired with the device and can send to it but cant recieve. I have even gone in the media menu and selected ''recieve via bluetooth'' in which it comes up as ''waiting for file transfer'' but when i press send on the other phone it says failed straight away still . this is a yellow minus sign aswell.
problem 2 is i cant connect to my home router. it picks up the sky connection but there is still a yellow minus sign next to it. it says cant connect and to contact service provider? on the wifi diagnostics it says DNS server cannot be reached and VPN profile is not found. However it is connected to the sky router? (netgear)
Hi everyone, just got a 9500 storm and having the same problem as Victoria_m, in that i can send bluetooth pictures etc but can't recieve any?, this is my first blackberry and i'm a bit stumped, any help would be appreciated

I;ve recently got a Blackberry Storm and i am experiencing the same problems with bluetooth. I am able to send items but not able to recive.
When i first bought the phone i was able to recive pictures & music but it wont allow me to do so anymore.
Anyone know how to find the Microsoft Bluetooth drivers. Apparently I have a widomm which isn't any good. RIM technical say you need a microsoft bluetooth driver but they won't tell me where to find it.l I have vista. My 8830 used to work but the 9550 won't pair.
i had exactly the same prob with my black 9000 on vodafone.a bloke in the vodafone sorted it by installing the most up to date software. now i can send and recieve no problem. tony
i can send from phones to my 9000,but not from my computer to the 9000, the "file transfer service" in bluesoleil is greyed out when i pair with the 9000, but is ok fine wit a samsung tocco. strange or what ??
Vicky, your berry is not broken. I've got identically the same problem with the bluetooth.
But otherwise the bluetooth works perfectly fine with the car kit. It must be something with the transfer of files? - We both need help. Is somebody out there with knowledge?
