I am very unhappy with this company! I ordered this clip about a month ago
and recieved a defective clip...below is the emails that i have pasted about my experience with this company. I bought the clip because of the great reviews I read about in this forum...I sent them this email the other day:

So far I am very unsatisfied with my experience with Seido. I paid close to 40
dollars for a Blackberry phone clip and was sent a defective unit. I then had to
pay out of my own pocket to return the defective unit, it has been 7 days since
you guys have recieved the RMA package, and I have yet to hear from you.

Hello I received the holster I ordered from you last week. I have one
problem. The sleeper function only works when the blackberry is inserted
with the screen facing out. When I insert the blackberry with the speaker
side facing out the sleeper function does not work. You cannot hear the
phone ring when the speaker is covered, this also leaves the screen
vulnerable to scratches. Is this the way the product was designed? I have
read many reviews on this holster and it has pictures of blackberries
inserted in the holster with the speaker facing out. Please help.
