i cant get it to work with the desktop manager. i get on my BB 8800 screen usb charging current is not sufficient. verify that your handheld is connected to a powered usb charging source and that the proper usb driver is installed. it dont work with desktop manager as well. were do i get the drivers for my phone so it will work? ive done everythting and cant get it to work. help

change the usb hub and try another on your PC. don't use a an external hub and see if that works.

ive tried everything. i have like 10 usb ports and i get the same error. funny thing is my 8700 works fine no matter what usb port

Have you installed the sp1 to 4.2 dm

I had the same problem after upgrading to Vista. I installed 4.2 sp1 and the problem was resolved.
