No, I've already tried to get out of it and they don't guarantee service. I made a thread on hofo about it. Chances of them waiving are slim and none.

I don't want to sound rude or anything, but usually people are giving there phone and money to the person assuming your contract. Not getting money for it. why would anyone want to assume a 90 nut and pay you? even trimmed down. Why take on your responsibility and pay you to boot.

I see where you're coming from, but in my situation, giving the phone and money to someone would be idiotic since the value of the phone by itself exceeds the ETF.

If someone is planning on signing a 2 year contract, they can save some money and help me out at the same time. If not, I can sell the phone separately for ~$250, pay the ETF, and pocket the extra cash. I figured it was worth the effort before I go that route.
