Notes Here's the story. I am a very happy Storm owner and was telling a friend this. He commented that his wife had a storm and was very unhappy with hers, and that it was too complicated. She also had issues with random restarts, etc. with the unit. She complained to Verizon and they provided her a replacement, which she never used, deciding to go back to her existing Curve. I bought this unit from him and it is available for sale. I have done nothing but turn it on to ensure it operates. It came in a retail box and appears to me to be a new (not refurb) unit, but honestly, I'm not sure how to tell other then appearance. It has the stock .75 OS on it, and it basically what you would walk out of a Verizon store with.
