Exclamation REAL PICTURE OF T-Mobile 8700

Please Login to Remove!

Hey Guys,

As promised, my TMO Rep stopped by today with her 8700. I took a picture of it for all you. I got to tinker with it for about 45 minutes - WOW - it is fast. Its alot lighter than I expected, and feels pretty good in your hand (not as comfortable as a 7105T). The screen looks VERY nice - and has almost a mini-widescreen aspect to it.

Anyway - here is the picture (in a WORD doc) - if you have any GENERAL questions about it - just post them here.

Sweet!! So, does anyone think that you'll be able to switch the housing and keyboards of an 8700c to this one!!!

Looks very cool, though their default theme is much less chic than Cingular (I know, you all install other themes anyway... I still prefer the Application and Settings 'directories' on Cingular).

OK, so where can I get the case?

i am so used to holding down the escape key on my 7290 when ending a phone call that I hated the 7100t which made me use the "send" and "end" keys. Any ideas on how it works on the 8700?

Default OOh..does it matters ...

mmm, a loud thinking...except for those initial excitement on T-Mob , life settles down with a hardcore BB users irrespective of C ot T!! what matters is the Blackberry 8700x, the skin or a colour of BB doesnt matter.....thats something like we wearing the clothes....

so between C and T there is absolutely no fuctionality changes...so why bother...

Will the full keyboard versions ever use SureType? That's why I made the switch to the 7100 series. But that does look like something I'd get on my next upgrade.

For someone whose avatar claims they know where the search button is, you don't seem to know where the search button is :D

SHort answer - the problem was limited to a bad batch during a particular production run. All new units (and many original units) should be fine.
