I'm guessing this is not possible, but still would like to ask again.

In case there is any question. A Motorola H700 can also do voice dialing with the Pearl.

This was my first day using the HS-655 and I missed 3 calls due to the headset just not picking up the call. NOT impressed...I expected much better. Seems others here have experienced this. Any solutions to this?

I have had my HS-655 since December and I have not experienced the headset not picking up the call. I am sorry you are having this problem; perhaps the headset is faulty and should be returned for another?

I really like my HS-655.

Thanks for the feedback. Guess I'll try a few more days, but it's a little discouraging - had higher expectations.

I'm suprised there isn't another person's ear cheese on the thing. Furthermore, I can't even browse the site because it keeps telling me to enable cookies in my browser which I've done. Have I been jerked and am I going to get a nasty ear infection? I tried emailing them twice in the last few days because I didn't get tracking/shipping confirmation and I never got a response. Sorry for *****ing and sorry if this has already been covered but I did a search and found only positive experiences.
I also experienced the exact SAME CRAP... RIM should be complete shot for this kind of s***.

Has anyone had any favorable resolution to this situation? Is RIM really such a cruddy company???

I'm not having a positive experience either. Four days, several missed calls on three of the days due to failure to transfer call to the BT headset. Caller could hear me, but I couldn't hear them until enabling the handest. My Pearl works great with other BT headsets, beginning to think either no one is reporting this problem here, with HS-655's or I have a defective headset.

Everyone Should Buy the Plantronics Discovery 655... the street prices are similar to what is being quoted here and it comes packaged with the AAA battery charger option which provides an additional 10 hours of talk time. I've been burned by the Bberry HS-655... paid full retail (US$139.99 + US15.00 Shipping) when it first came out, similar connection problems as reported in other blog entries here, and when it shipped to me off of ShopBlackberry.com... it came in a plain brown box in bubble-wrap... just the headset, ear pieces, and loop. No manual, no warranty info, no service info, no AAA battery charger. What a waste. RIM should be ashamed. No one should be buying their version of this product. GO WITH THE PLANTRONICS!!!!

Paying $139 for something you can get for $59.99 just as new is already not smart.

I have to thank you guys for this thread. I just got my RIM branded hs-655 courtesy of the Father's Day Raffle and ChineseCatt and it came all boxed up in retail packaging with the AAA charger and the blade travel charger and gels. The manual sucks because it is more like a quick start guide than a manual so I went to RIM's site and couldn't find a manual to download. Only the same quick start guide. Came here, saw this thread just downloaded the plantronics manual and i'm good to go. Goodness I love this site!!
