headset that is comfortable, loud and clear?

Am I asking too much?

I use the phone a lot and want to be able to adjust it down from top volume and have the quality of voice in and out.

Any suggestions???

Thank you

i was just about to post and ask the same type of question. i had the plantronics m2500 but it went dead on me already. i really don't want another one for my 7100t unless other people have it and a defective unit was truely a fluke. what does everyone think?

Sounds like your 2500 is flaky.

WE are recommeding the M3500 http://store.bizshopr.com/plam3500.html

Works well with a 7100 ( I should know I have one). Great fidelity and noise cancellation. The 3500 has a replaceable battery, comes with a leather holster, car charger and home charger plus two sizes of ear clips.

I am partial to the Jabra BT250. IMHO all of the BT headsets that sit over my ear feel like they're going to fall off. The Jabra has the eargel which go inside the ear a little, which seems to anchor it more securely than the others.

Don't know if the AX is the latest version but I thought I read reviews saying the volume was decent on these but that the sound was mediocre at best.

I like my Motorola HS810, and it survived a full cycle in the washing machine and still works fine. Not that I recomend doing that.

Same here 8)

I actually own two, one for each phone, instead of re-pairing when switching between devices

Could anyone state the main difference between the M3000 and M3500. I saw the M3500 only has a 3.5 hour talk time. Is that all there is to the difference between the two?

Thanks

IMHO.. I bought the Bluetrek G2 http://www.bluetrek.com/bluetrekG2/bluetrekG2.htm. You can get it for about 56 bucks at http://store.digital-orange.com/peglnbtg2p.html.

I've been using it for about a week and it works well with the 7100t and comes with a beltclip pouch, desk charger, and couple of earbuds. Here are the bullet points:

• Crystal clear sound, sensitive microphone.
• Up to 9 hours talk time and 400 hours stand-by time.
• Operation range: Up to 10 meters.
• Weight: around 12 grams.
• Reversible hook for either ear with smooth material for long hold.
• Can be charged in less than 2 hours.

Anyway, my $.02.

I am using the Logitech Mobile Freedom. It works great but it is a little chunky and sometimes feels like it is going to slide off my ear!

Althought the BLUETREK G2 looks interesting.

Love my Bluetrek G2. As a matter of fact, Uniden http://www.uniden.com/product.cfm?product=ELBT595

is coming out this month with Bluetooth capable Cordless phones for you home. I plan on getting those so I can use my home phone with my G2 so I don't eat up all my minutes.

Does anyone know whether the Uniden phone will work with a 7100t? It supposedly allows you to use bluetooth to connect your cell phone to the Uniden phone so you can basically use your mobile minutes on your home phone. But, since the bluetooth on the 7100 only works with headsets, I was wondering if this would even work.
