I still have not received my 8900 and there is still no imfomation on when I will get it. I called TMO yesterday and to CCR said they can't tell me when it will be shipped. I asked why are people who order after my already received their. Once again he had no idea. This sucks the waiting, I just want my phone.

I don't know whats going to be most painful to me...
1. Not knowing when my phone was going to ship from TMO
2. Refreshing UPS.com every 5 minutes while it shows "out for delivery"
3. Driving the 3 hours home once I'm done with work and I know the package is delivered.
4. Making sure it has the most up to date OS - and if it doesn't - waiting for the new OS to be put on.
The phone I get better not go to hell..or Ima be ...well I think you know the level of extreme that would take the pain to.
Just logged in to ups and there was imformation for my BB. Should get on Monday. I can't wait it feel good knowing when my phone will get here. Maybe if I'm luck it will come today.
Looks like UPS is showing shipment is on the way. It sure would be nice though if T-Mobile's system was updated and could actually tell me that it was no longer on back order or if the reps could at least have access to the tracking number.

I ordered on the 16th and just received a text from T-Mobile saying it has been shipped. I then checked UPS and it is scheduled for delivery on Monday.
I did the online upgrade thing last Friday and then checked its status by calling 611 on Monday - Told me it was back ordered. I called and canceled that order. Then I called back on Wednesday as I wanted to speak to someone about ordering and another issue and they put the order through and I got a message the same day saying it had shipped and that will be here Monday.

how much? my keyboard has some play in it..but none thatd id be concerned about...
Finally got my backordered 8900 but the phone can't connect to Edge or make/receive calls. Spent an hour with customer support and they are sending a new phone.
For those who have not already ordered it, people over on slickdeals claim to have got the phone for 149.99 with only a 1 YR renewal! just a heads up for those getting one in the future......of course they were ooc and have been in good standing with tmobile.
Backordered a second time. Order on the 11th and received it on the 23rd. Had to return it because it couldn't get a Edge signal. Now the say it is on backorder with no ETA. T-Mobile has the worst computer systems. The CSRs have to look on UPS' web site and plug in the phone number as reference to see if it has shipped.
