Default invisible calendar entries

Please Login to Remove!

(((I connect my BB 8310, Software version v4.5.0.55 through USB to Desktop Manager version 6 (newest, updates automatically) to upload my calendar, addresses, notes, agenda items to Outlook 2010, 14.0. ... (32 bit).
I'm posting an as yet unresolved problem elsewhere: that my calendar uploads incomplete.)))
HERE I hope to find a solution to what may be the reason for above problem:
In Outlook I see a calendar entry which is unvisible on the handheld. It lasts 24 hours (0:00 of one day to 0:00 the following day) an repeats yearly, no end data. I'd like to purge that entry if I succeed to make it visible and get my hands at it.
Any idea? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't follow. Why not just delete the calendar entry in Outlook and be done with it?

I need it purged on the handheld because otherwise it shows up in Outlook again whenever I upload (oneway) from handheld. I do not dare to sync (both ways) yet because Outlook only holds a small proportion of my calendar history and I'm afraid that entries that are not in Outlook may be purged on my handheld as well.
