My 9700 is on the fritz. First my earpiece stopped working so I'm forced to use speakerphone. Then the wifi reception went to crap. My girlfriend also has a 9700 and she has no problem, but i lose all wifi if im 10 ft from the router. Now my GPS won't get a signal.

I've searched and tried everything I came up with. Battery pulls, router resetting, standing in the open for the GPS...I've even upgraded to 6.0 in hopes that it would clear up at least one problem. I'm starting to think these are all hardware problems now. Any ideas?

Did you drop the device or get it wet?

To get GPS, you need to be outside with a clear view of the sky.

It's never been wet and I've only dropped it 3 or 4 times, none this year even. The device won't even try to use gps. Going into options and refreshing the location results in the bb going straight to cell triangulation.
