No issues as of yet. Device is much snappier. I recommend Tour users go ahead and make the upgrade.

I also have double icons for all the media apps: music, ringtones, pictures, etc. I have 2 icons for each, but the icons are different...weird. I wound up hiding the bastard stepchildren icons.

Also at times it seems to freeze up and not respond. Could be that it's still rebuilding the BBM groups that I was re-invited to.... the network arrows are quite busy right now.
Sounds good. Are the double icons still there after the reboots? Anyone else has this issue? I think I only seen 4-6 users with that from all the forums I visit.
Waiting for more user replies before the upgrade.

So far, so good.... I agree, This is probably close to the official build...needs a few tweaks - here and there - my finding after a short time:

I miss 3G icon ALOT! petty maybe, but true.
since 12:30 last night: my avg. discharge on batt has been 1.1%hr
I've leaked approx 2.5mb memory (lost 3.6mb, but downloaded new theme of 1.1mb) actually 3.2 mb loss since I started playing with it 20 minutes ago, showing 4.3 mb loss now.
in same location radio, signal has stayed steady

also, had issue of sms threaded texts, some(only some of them) of my conversations have split to inbox/outbox (I pull up last conversation and can only read replies from contact) I've deleted all my texts to see if this continues

No double icons. Connectivity seems improved. If there are any issues, I haven't discovered them as of yet.
Inbox settings looks new to me compared with .230

Default First Impressions

I agree with akosnitzky that this may be the official build, and if not, very close.

There are A LOT of new little things. Plus all of the bugs that I found in .230 are gone.

Fixed:
Saved SMS view/forward issues
Animated images in browser
RADIO - I know most people thought .230 was good. I thought it was only fair. For me, this one is better.
Screen lag
Screwy screen when first unholstered/screen freezes between actions

New:
SMS Icon / Notification Icon
"Inbox Options" that lets you chose what messaging apps you want to appear in the Messages application
Profiles - Wow. Change a ring tone and it prompts you if you want to apply the change to one or all profiles. I haven't had time to play much, but it looks like they have combined functionality of pre-4.7 OS and 4.7 and newer together.
Ability to change data coding on SMS (ASCii, Latin or UCS2)

I cannot comment on memory/battery yet. I will know more on that later today.

No double icons since I deleted the old theme I was using (which was probably for 4.7 OS). Things are much better now.

The only thing that's weird is I have a couple of old text messages (1 that's 2 years old and 1 that's a year old) that I saved from my son and they are showing under yesterday's date. Odd.

It may have something to do with the compatibility of the inbox settings. I am very impressed with this build.

Found my first issue, and as has been the norm since this feature came in 4.7, it is with contact alerts.
If you use them, like I do, you will find that if you leave ANY setting for the contact sent to "active profile", that setting will NOT work. If you set it manually, it works fine.
This is an issue with "Silent" or "Vibrate" in that it will probably override. Still testing that.

Other than this issue, VERY solid and I am impressed.

Compared with other 5.0 builds, the Viigo bug is fixed. You can now use the icon tools on the bottom of an article and scroll down without changing the page view. I like the tweet function which I couldnt use with .230

Those might not be LEAKS but the OS caching certain information... Probably can't really judge for a couple days.

Installer crashed twice and wouldn't let me logout or restart... Gave up and hard rebooted. Desktop app said it had an update, so I let it do its thing. Installed fine (quickly in fact), booted nicely and went through BES activation without a glitch.

Seems quicker and more polished than 230 (could be just because a lot of crap hasn't built up yet). Nice to have Viigo working right, and it seems like most of the messaging display issues and hangups are gone.

Over the last 12+ hours has also been perfectly stable.

There's one deal killer for me though (kidding here): it still won't display lines between messages in the Inbox, only stripes!

I WANT MY LINES BACK!!!!

I have lines...they are very faint, though. What theme are you using? I am using the Precision Zen theme.

The lines are indeed faint. There are some outages going on so you may need to be patient in terms of judging the OS. I notice my battery is more durable and picking up the charge faster. Connectivity is better in lower reception areas. To me, these items are critical

Only issue I'm having is that when I try to sign in using Facebook and GMail app,
it says, "This program requires a working data connection. Please check your signal strength."

The odd thing is that Google Talk works fine, as does the browser, and I have 1XEV and 5 bars.

Will have to play around with the other apps in a bit to make sure it isn't some permissions thing that I messed up.

Other than the above, it seems much snappier. Yay for new leak!

You should have 1XEV (all caps). Is that what you have?

I assume that was a typo based on what was mentioned about the browser
