Hi guys, i woke up this morning to find my blackberry bold 9700 loading up, it got to 1/3 of the way and then flashed and restarted the process of loading up? I have tried taking the battery out for 30seconds, i have tried the soft reset, i was wondering if anyone knew of this problem and how to sort it out?

Same thing happend to me. Called Tmobile and they are sending me a new phone. I would rather have my current phone since its set up and only 1 month old.

Mine did the same thing after having it less than a week. I was having lots random reboots before it did that. I got another 9700 and it had random reboots also. I stopped using WiFi and the reboots have stopped. I am using the .330 that came with the device.
