Hi,

One of my users has a BES blackberry - and also a BIS account for his personal mail. Currently, there is a 'Messages folder' and a "@blueyonder" folder on the BB - exchange mail gets delivered to "Messages" and personal (BIS) mail goes to the other folder. GREAT!
However, if he sends a message from the "blueyonder" folder, the sent item also appears in the 'Messages' Folder. Is there any way to get around this?
I would like to point out the the BB is clever enough not to put personal mail into the "Messages" folder and vice versa, it's just the sent items...

Nope. You can hide sent mail in the message options, but that will hide the sent mail for everything sent, so it kind of does something a bit different to what you want, but perhaps it'll be of some use!

No that doesn't help I'm afraid, he wants to see what he sends but only for the particular folder he's working on...

Do you know it's definitely not possible? I'll just have to let him know!

Try out the Empower BES Mailbox. I am on a bes and have three BIS accounts . I now hide the messages icon and just use the bes mailbox, bis, and sms icons. it's much cleaner.

The only problem (but I'm starting to actually prefer it) is that I use the Today theme and the messages link there takes you into the main listing.
