Hi,

i just got my 9900 and after few days using it i realized that whenever i take a picture there is always a white/colored (light colored) horizontal line. it appears only in native camera/video camera and all the resulting picture. however, the line does not show on any other screen (home screen, black background etc).

some says its software issue, is this true (i upgraded to 7.0.0.317 and the line still exist)


i cant post a picture due to 15 post restriction

Probably a damaged sensor. Software or hardware fault you don't really care. You bought a new device and it's clearly malfunctioning. Return it immediately to the point of purchase for refund/exchange/replacement.

That's a hardware failure. You'd need the device replaced.
