Is this a free app? Last time I checked it required a subscription.

Been using it for a few days. Nothing about a subscription anywhere in the app. I believe the paid one has more features, but at least this one works well on the bold.

Loaded it on .216...clicked on the "bug" icon, my phone promptly froze. As soon as my Bold reboots...I'm deleting.

Tried it twice - no luck. Does not work on 219 for some reason.

ichavis - did you have to do anything special to get it working? Are you on BES?

Been running it on official .216 for a week without issues. I like the actual temp and high/low for the day when you run over the icon.

Thats interesting. I'm not running the "Official" .216, and its freezing for me. I wonder if there is a difference...

I will update to the "Official" .216 and report back.

Crashed on me with .190 and my Blackberry never recovered. It completely died. Local AT&T not able to fix it. Will have to send back. Recommend that Weatherbug not be loaded until it comes out of Beta. What a job I'm going to have reloading everything. Just when I had it the way I liked it.

Wirelessly posted (Katerpillars on the air!)

Heard somewhere that you need bb maps installed on your bb for this to work and stop the freezing issue? Loads and works fine on my bb with official .190 and bis.

(Edit) info is direct from the Weatherbug dev team, you need bb maps installed otherwise it won't work and will crash your bold!

Locked up on me the first time I ran it. After I did a battery pull and tried again, it did nothing when I tried to run it.
I'm on .210 and don't have BBMaps installed.

Works for me on .167. Only issue is the weather icon is shaded and I can't hit the menu button to update or move the icon.

Got it running on .185. Also have BBMaps installed.

Not bad. Good features.

One thing I would like to see added is for the default icon to show the current temp. Rollover icon state could be current conditions. Just like BBWeather.
