I've looked around here a bit and I haven't seen my specific problem addressed. I want to add another email account to my phone so I need to get into the blackberry email. The problem is that my password keeps getting rejected. I hit the forgot password option and it says password is sent but I don't receive anything. Then I try with my pin and it sends me the password I've been typing the whole time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Intresting.... have you tried typing the password in a "Non-password" field to see if all characters appear as typed? Is this from the Handheld or a PC?

Mostly from handheld, but I did the pin thing from my laptop. I haven't tried the outside of the password area thing, but I use my BB a lot for email and I haven't had a character issue that I can think of.
