as the thread says,i have a sprint blackberry 9670,but i can't get the spc,so,can any bigmaster can give me an introduction or something in detail??

in china , CDMA phone also has a card , so i must load the tel number into my 9670 by myself...

You have to get that from Sprint. It's unique for each individual BlackBerry device.
