Hey everyone. Ok, my outgoing caller ID has always worked fine. When I would call out it would show both my name and phone number...great. Tonight I try to call my parents house and it says "the party I'm try to reach does not accept calls from unidentified caller"...a feature they have. That's weird, so I then call my own home phone and it says "Private". I know...I must have changed the restrict my identidy.... but nope it's "OFF". I call TMO and it's somehow been changed and they said they use a vendor for their caller ID services and would contact them because both customer service and Blackberry/PDA can't make it work. Any suggestions? I know you guys know more than them! BTW: I've pulled the battery and done a master reset after they tried the changes on their end....

Go to phone application then select the Menu Key

Scroll to Options then select it.. Next select General Options and look where it says Restrict My Idenity and change it to off

I wish it were just that but it says "off." The rep actually had me turn it to "always" and then back to "off" and pull the battery to make sure I could read I think!
