I was able to open all attachements (PDF, Word) on my VZW Bold (newest) in Ver 7.0. Now with 7.1, I can't open any attachments. Not sure if it's coincidental. I want to downgrade to 7.0 but it's nowhere to be found.

Do I need to ck something in "Docs To Go"? Attachment line shows, pdf logo shows and the clock to the right of the attachment shows but never opens.

Any suggestions? Thanks

What BB are you really using? Your profile says 8830. You posted in the 9700 section. Neither of those devices run OS 7.1.

Please update your profile to show the current model number. Then someone might have an answer.

Moved to the 9900 section. Appears the OP has a 9930.

I haven't had any problems with 7.1 viewing any attachments (I have both bes and bis accounts). Is it a corporate (bes) accountthat you are having problems with?

Nor I - and I've had every 7.1 OS out there...on BES and BIS. Downgrading won't help, but a full wipe /restore would probably solve the problem.

the BB only will show valid pdf files. Documents to Go may help.
